Summary of role: To manage and design accounts specifically for corporate identity. Responsible for managing the corporate identity resources and ensuring deliverable are with budget.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following: - To take creative leadership on assigned client accounts - To manage not only the concept strategy but to deliver the creative designs which meet the goals of the clients marketing objectives - To lead the design team - To facilitate the creative of the conceptual framework for all projects - To develop a strong relationship with the management and the client facing teams - To guide the professional development of the Design team members - To delegate work flow to appropriate team members - To ensure that deadlines and budgets are complete, accurate and followed - To provide clear and objective critiques of creative work - To produce intelligent and on strategy creative solutions that reflect or instil brand personality - To make presentations internally and with senior level clients - To remain current and communicate industry trends and techniques - To teach creative philosophy, values, and beliefs with the assistance of senior creative staff
Skills and Experience: - 2-4 year experience managing creative team; 7 years related work experience - A strong knowledge of graphics and computer technology for design - Exceptional design sense - Comprehensive experience in producing brand programs (identity implementation, print communications background; web interactive experience a plus) - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Good sense of humor - Reputation for selecting and developing highly qualified employees to sustain superior overall quality of client services - Refined personal development skills - PhotoShop, Illustrator, Flash experience a plus
